If you have confirmed your event date with the Event Coordinator for the Houston Black Firefighters Hall Rental, please fill out the form below with as much information as possible. The form will automatically populate a contract for your signature after submitting the form. After you have signed the rental agreement, it will need a final approval signature from the Houston Firefighters Hall Designee. Copies of the rental agreement will be emailed to you automatically after all signatures have been added to the document.
